Amy is a wonderfully empathic human being, which makes her such a great mitigation consultant, not to mention a really great person to work with. I have hired her on several cases and referred her to others. What I love about Amy is that she doesn’t judge at all in any moral sense.. she observes, and absorbs and then comes out with the most devastating and on-the-money assessment for criminal purposes.  What has struck me in our encounters with her is how kind she is.  She genuinely tries to get where your client is at and give him/her the benefit of the doubt.  But she doest sugar-coat.  It’s what makes her so effective and so trustworthy.
